Terms of Use

A study aid that helps you learn — not a service that does your work for you. studyai.company is an AI-powered study assistant that explains topics, summarizes material into study notes, makes flashcards and practice questions, and helps you prepare for exams. It is meant to help you understand and remember your coursework, not to produce finished assignments for you to hand in as your own. Follow your school’s rules on AI use and its academic-integrity policy. AI-generated answers can be incomplete or wrong — always double-check important facts, formulas, and dates against your textbook or teacher, especially before an exam.
Using studyai.company (the «Service») means you accept these Terms.
What the service is
studyai.company offers an AI study assistant that explains topics step by step, summarizes material into study notes, generates flashcards and practice questions, and helps you plan and prepare for exams. Responses come from third-party AI models and may contain mistakes; always review and verify anything important before you rely on it.
Honest academic use
The Service is a study aid designed to help you learn and understand your coursework. You are responsible for using it in line with your school’s academic-integrity policy. Do not use it to complete graded assignments, tests, or exams for you to submit as your own original work, or in any way your institution prohibits. Learning the material — not outsourcing it — is the point.
Accuracy and your own judgment
AI answers can be wrong or out of date. The Service does not replace your textbook, teacher, or professor. Double-check facts, formulas, sources, and dates, and use the Service to build your own understanding rather than as a final authority.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to break any law, generate harmful or illegal content, harass others, interfere with or reverse-engineer the Service, or infringe anyone’s rights.
Paid plans
Basic chat is free within the displayed limits. Optional subscriptions, if you buy them, are billed as shown at checkout, where their terms are presented.
Warranties and liability
The Service is provided «as is», without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on its output, including academic outcomes or grades.
Changes
We may change the Service or these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
